Skills Development and Training

Utilize proven methods and the latest
techniques in plyometrics, agility, basketball
shooting and dribbling to administer a
comprehensive training, fitness and development  
program for our athletes, while simultaneously
minimizing the risk of injury.  We ensure
endurance and strength are obtained by focusing
improvement in the areas of speed, strength,
power and quickness.  

Most importantly,  advance specific skills
development programs are offered for basketball
players.  

We offer weekly basketball instruction sessions
and skills n drills basketball camps to assist in
preparation for youth, AAU, high school and
college level development and participation.
